Coan Brandon

Brandon is a Senior Director at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Brandon’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance and implement strategic initiatives, and preparing acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.
Prior to joining Shore, Brandon was an experienced Manager at EY in Chicago within the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) group.
Brandon focused on assisting clients with building out effective and efficient finance functions with a range of accounting, reporting and analytics services, and most recently assisted clients through IPO transactions.
Prior to joining FAAS, Brandon had 4 years of experience in the audit practice serving a variety of clients in the alternative investment space, with a specific focus on private equity firms.
Brandon received both his B.S.
and M.S.
in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
Brandon is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
