Christopher C. Hansen

Mr. Hansen joined North Haven Partners in June 2003.
Prior to that, he was the chief executive officer of Rila Solutions Inc., an international wireless and Internet consulting firm financed by George Soros.
In 1993, Mr. Hansen founded and was President of PC411, Inc., the first online nationwide telephone directory service, which he led from its start-up through its IPO in 1997.
From 1988 to 1993, Mr. Hansen was Vice President at Brooke Group LTD., a private equity firm where he made investments, structured transactions and advised the firms portfolio business, including Western Union, Liggett Group, Skybox International and MAI Basic Four.
Mr. Hansen started his career in 1985 at L.F.
Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin, Inc., as an investment banker where he assisted in equity, debt and M&A transactions for clients including Dick Clark productions, Divi Hotels, and New World Entertainment.
Mr. Hansen received his AB degree in Economics from Dartmouth College.
