Before Reese Teleservices, Mr. Ungarino was Executive Vice President of Operations for TeleSpectrum Worldwide, Inc. and Aegis Communications Group, Inc. Prior to Aegis Communications, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of ICT Group, Inc., Director of Marketing and Customer Service for C-TEC Corp.
and Director of Business Operations for Grumman Space and Electronics.
Previously, Mr. Ungarino served as a Flight Officer with the Air Force Reserve.
He received a BBA degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Dowling College.
