Charlotte-Anne Swerling

Ms. Charlotte-Anne Swerling is a Principal at Balderton Capital (UK) LLP.
Prior to joining Balderton Capital she headed Operations for Massive Incorporated, the world’s first provider of dynamic advertising in video games.
She joined Massive Incorporated as an early, pre-revenue start-up in New York, helping to build the business through several funding rounds and ultimately the sale of the business to Microsoft in 2006.
Before Massive Ms. Swerling spent a year as part of a task force established by Prime Minister Tony Blair to drive delivery of the government’s key objectives.
She started her career at McKinsey & Co, advising businesses on a range of strategic and operational projects.
Ms. Swerling has a first class MA in History from Cambridge.
