Charles Steele is a Director of the Gabriel Management Group.
Mr. Steele has extensive experience in managing the operations of manufacturing companies serving automotive and other industries.
His areas of expertise are operational optimization and employee management including operations strategy, lean manufacturing, operational effectiveness, policy deployment and performance measurement.
Mr. Steele has managed Metal Stamping, Plastic Molding, and Tooling operations of a privately held, Tier II automotive supplier.
His operations were among the largest and most complex in their industry.
Chuck has created value by improving manufacturing processes and capabilities while reducing variability by both enacting rapid and long-term improvement campaigns, including the construction and setting up of new facilities.
He has a track record of increasing productivity and profitability, decreasing cycle time and material cost while improving safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
Chuck has extensive experience in lean manufacturing and six-sigma team problem solving methods.
Mr. Steele holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business with a specialization in Manufacturing & Operations and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri, Rolla.
