He co-founded Bishop Asset Management in May 2010.
Ha has extensive years of money management and trading experience.
From 1983 to 1993, he worked as an institutional and government bond broker for Fundamental Brokers, Inc. In 1993, Mr. Pomper became a vice president and partner at Cantor Fitzgerald.
Since leaving Cantor Fitzgerald in 1997, Mr. Pomper has managed private separate accounts.
Mr. Pomper graduated from Roanoke College in 1981 with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree.
