Mr. Dutt joined Pequot Ventures in 2005.
Previously, he worked for OutlookSoft Corporation, a leading provider of corporate performance management solutions, and one of Pequot's portfolio companies.
At OutlookSoft, Mr. Dutt worked alongside the Vice President of Sales to coordinate a fully functioning and successful sales force, and was responsible for the overall productivity of the entire East Coast inside sales & marketing division.
Prior to taking on a leadership role in running the inside sales team, his main objectives within OutlookSoft was purely deal generation through analyzing & evaluating potential leads and targeted Fortune 500 accounts.
Mr. Dutt graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. in Political Science.
