Brahmanage Premalal

Brahmanage Premalal is the founder and currently holds multiple positions.
He is the Chairman of Prime Lands Pvt Ltd.
which was founded in 1995.
He is also the Deputy Chairman of HNB Grameen Finance Ltd., Chairman of Prime Homes Pvt Ltd., Co-Chairman of Prime Lands Residencies Plc, Director of Ceylease Financial Services (Pvt) Ltd., and Director of Condominium Management Authority.
Additionally, he is a Non-Executive Director of Ceylinco General Insurance Ltd., Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Prime Finance Plc, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of HNB Finance Plc, and Executive Director of Bhoomi Realty Holdings Pvt Ltd., Prime Lands Australia Pty Ltd., Regent Country Club Pvt Ltd., and Prime Reality Holdings Pvt Ltd.
He is also a Member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing, and Chartered Association of Business Administrators.
Furthermore, he is the President of The Condominium Developers Association of Sri Lanka and a Member of Rotary International District 3220 and Lions International District 306a1.
In the past, he served as the Deputy Chairman of Prime Grameen Micro Finance Ltd., Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance Plc, and Non-Executive Director of Summit Finance Plc.
Mr. Premalal completed his undergraduate degree at Thurston Community College and holds a graduate degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
He also holds an MBA from Open University Malaysia.
