Founded in 1995 by Declan O'Sullivan and Russell Sims, RiverPoint Capital Management LLC is a registered investment advisor located in Cincinnati, Ohio. RiverPoint Capital Management LLC is owned by RiverPoint Capital Management, Inc., Ryan Brown, Tony Roberts, Pamela Schmitt and Mariner Wealth Advisors LLC. RiverPoint Capital Management, Inc. is owned by Valerie Newell, Leon Loewenstine and Victor Lassandro. Mariner Wealth Advisors LLC is wholly-owned by Mariner Holdings LLC, an independent financial services firm. The Bicknell Family Holding Co. LLC holds a controlling interest in Mariner Holdings and the Bicknell Family Management Company Trust holds a controlling interest in the Bicknell Family Holding Co.
