Bill Daniels

Mr. Daniels brings to AMC a strong background in finance, investment banking and venture investing.
Most recently, he led Live Oak Advisors, a private wealth management firm.
He has been a part of the private client teams at Robertson Stephens, Alex Brown and Sons, and DLJ.
Mr. Daniels was a managing director at E*Offering, the investment banking arm of E*Trade.
He was the managing partner of Golden Gate Angel Fund, an early stage venture investment group.
A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School, he has taught finance at the college and graduate level.
Mr. Daniels served on the board of numerous private technology companies and twice filled the role of Chief Financial Officer for early stage technology companies.
He currently serves on the board of NOvoVascular, an AMC portfolio company focusing on coated medical devices.
