Finfor AB is a Swedish forestry company that operates in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It owns the rights to exploit two forest concessions in the western part of the Equateur Province of the DRC. Equatorial Forest offer tropical logs FOB Matadi. The main spieces for Equatorial Forest are Wenge, Iroko, Bubinga and Padouk where the Wenge from Equatorial Forest's concessions is top quality and is recognized as one of the very best Wenge in the world. It also offers premium species that include Khaya (African mahogany), Sipo, Sapelli, Doussie, Bosse clair, Tola, Tiama and Niove. The company was founded in 2012 by Peter Mikael Lindh and Johan Ulander and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
