Amy B. Rohner

Prior to joining Encubate Holdings, Ms. Rohner was a Controller at eHatchery LLC, a business incubator, where she was responsible for internal financial reporting, analysis of accounting and financial operating information, establishment of budgets, internal controls and accounting processes, and management of accounting, financial and tax issues for incubating companies.
Prior to eHatchery, she was a senior auditor with Ernst & Young LLP, where she supervised and coordinated the preparation of audited financial statements and the analysis of financial information for companies primarily in technology, communications, entrpreneurial growth and manufacturing industries.
Amy was also heavily involved with recruiting efforts for Ernst & Young LLP.
She is a summa cum laude graduate of Auburn University with a degree in accounting.
She also earned a Masters of Accountancy degree from Auburn University, and is a Georgia Certified Public Accountant.
