The company is based in London, UK and was founded in 2008 by Julian Parker, Daniel Bunner, and Amit Unalkat. The British company offers title-transfer clearing accounts and segregated client assets accounts, and client assets can be settled into GPP's nominee CASS6 and CASS7 accounts or GPP's own CREST account. With more than 200 clients worldwide, GPP transacts around $5bn daily through over 30,000 client trades monthly. Julian Parker has been the CEO since 2008. Global Prime Partners was acquired by Titan Wealth Holdings Ltd. on August 31, 2021.
