Ms. Singer joined Equity International in April 2007, and has worked with companies affiliated with Sam Zell since 1994.
Ms. Singer has experience handling a broad and diverse range of corporate and investment transactions involving public and private companies, as well as companies in transition.
Until its recent acquisition by The Blackstone Group, Ms. Singer supervised the legal team responsible for corporate, governance and securities matters for Equity Office Properties Trust.
Prior to joining Equity Group Investments, Ms. Singer was a partner in the corporate department of the Chicago law firm of Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg.
Ms. Singer received her JD from Northwestern University and her BA from the University of Illinois.
