Maza also served on the board at Eden Bioscience Corp.
She has been one of our directors since May 1995.
From February 1994 to October 1995, she served as Chief Executive Officer of the National Testing Laboratory in Portland, a division of the American Red Cross involved in biological testing of blood.
From July 1991 to January 1994, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Medical Arts Laboratory and, from January 1988 to December 1990, as Chief Executive Officer of Eastside Medical Laboratory, both of which are medical diagnostics services laboratories.
She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, President of Roadable Aircraft International, Inc., a start-up company involved in the research and development of new transportation technologies.
Ms. Maza received a B.S.
degree from Seattle University and an M.B.A.
degree from City University and has completed the Executive Marketing Management Program at Stanford University.
