Adriana Vitagliano

Adriana Vitagliano is a Principal at firstminute, where she spends time across web3, creator economy, femtech and a bit of everything in between.
Adriana joined firstminute from Lakestar (€1.5bn AUM, investments include Spotify, Revolut, Opendoor, etc.) after completing a dual degree MSc / MBA at the University of Oxford.
She previously worked as an investment partner at Creator Fund, focused on investing in deeptech and life sciences, and at Diffblue, a University of Oxford AI spinout.
She started her career in M&A Advisory at PwC in NYC, where she also served as COO of the Financial Services Deals vertical (~100 employees).
She focuses on opportunities in blockchain, deep tech, marketplaces and consumer internet.
Adriana is a board member/observer of Passionfruit (GenZ freelance marketplace) and Clockwork Labs (game studio).
She works closely with companies including fair.xyz (NFT minting platform), Mural (DAO treasury management), DRAUP (digital fashion marketplace), Soveren (data flow monitoring and analytics platform), A.Team (cloud-based team formation platform), and Brightcure (non-antibiotic treatment for UTIs).
Adriana holds an MBA and MSc with distinction in Global Area studies from the University of Oxford, and a B.A.
with honors from Princeton University.
