Adam is a Vice President at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA.
Adam’s responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, and enabling the growth of Shore’s investments in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Shore, Adam was the Chief Financial Officer of Navia Benefit Solutions, a third party administrator of consumer directed benefits and realized Shore Capital investment.
In this role, Adam led financial planning and analysis, and helped Navia execute 5 add-on acquisitions in 3 years.
Previously, Adam served in various roles at Shore Capital, including Senior Associate, Associate and Analyst.
