Established in 1975, the firm is located in London. UBS Ltd.'s business is organized in three departments: fixed-income, rates and currencies; equity and investment banking. UBS Ltd. (Broker) engages in equity trading, equity derivatives and equity-linked products. Man Group Investments Ltd. (MGI) is the asset management subsidiary of Man Investments Finance Ltd., which is ultimately owned by Man Group Plc (LON: EMG) in Great Britain. Formerly known as GLG Partners UK Ltd., the firm was founded in 1995 as the UK arm of Société Générale Asset Management SA in Paris. In 2009 they were acquired by GLG Partners, which was subsequently acquired by Man Group in 2010. Headquartered in London, MGI provides a comprehensive range of alternative, traditional long-only and hybrid investment products and services for public sector entities, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions and high-net worth individuals.
