Prior to joining Rafferty in January of 2007, Mr. Gould was an Index Fund PortfolioManager at the Bank of New York, responsible for managing ten domestic index funds, and 20 separately managed accounts.
Before joining the Bank of New York in May of 2005, Mr. Gould received an MBA from Georgetown University.
Prior to attending graduate school, he was a Nasdaq Market Maker at Deutsche Bank from 1999 through 2002.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin in 1999, graduating with a Bachelor of Science.
