Mr. Lebard started his career as an Associate Director at 3i SA from 1989 to 1991 and worked as an Account Manager at HSBC Continental Europe from 1986 to 1989.
He is a member of the Supervisory Boards at Eurazeo PME Capital SAS and Eurazeo PME SA, and a member of the Confederation of European Paper Industries' Supervisory Board.
Mr. Lebard obtained his undergraduate degree from École des Hautes Études Commerciales du Nord.

Pascal Koster served as the Chief Executive Officer of Orange Communications Luxembourg SA from 2003 to 2008.
He also worked as the Chief Network Officer of Orange Belgium SA from 2007 to 2012.
