Mr. Yan received a graduate degree from Antai College of Economics & Mgmt, Shanghai Jiaotong Uni.

Currently, Hu Yan is Vice Chairman, Secretary & Chief Accountant at Tongwei Co., Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer & Vice President at South Hope Industrial Co. Ltd. Mr. Yan previously held the position of Chief Accountant at Tongwei Group Co., Ltd.

Presently, Yan Zhao occupies the position of Chairman & General Manager for Bloomage Biotechnology Corp. Ltd. and Chairman & General Manager at Bloomage International Investments Group, Inc. (a subsidiary of Bloomage Biotechnology Corp. Ltd.). She is also on the board of Aim First Investments Ltd., Bloomage Freda Biopharm Co. Ltd., Bloomage Meso Holdings SA and Grand Full Development Ltd. Ms. Zhao previously was General Manager of Bloomage Holystar Investment Co. Ltd. Yan Zhao received an undergraduate degree from East China Normal University, an MBA from Peking University and an MBA from Fordham University.
