Mr. Guy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and Masters Business Admin degree from London Business School.

Martin Guy is the founder of TeraXion, Inc., which was founded in 2000.
He holds the title of Chief Technology Officer at TeraXion, Inc. Dr. Guy currently holds positions at The Optical Society of America, The International Society for Optical Engineering, Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec, and IEEE Laser & Electro-Optics Society.
Dr. Guy previously worked at the National Optics Institute as a Principal from 1996 to 2010.
He received his undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate degrees from Université Laval.
