Shareholders of Putian Zhonghe Microfinance Co., Ltd. and other unknown buyer agreed to acquire 20% stake in Putian Zhonghe Microfinance Co., Ltd. from Zhonghe Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002070) on December 19, 2013. the transaction was subject to approval from the Fujian Provincial Economic and Trade Commission. The transaction was not approved by Fujian Provincial Economic and Trade Commission. As on December 19, 2013, Board of Directors of Putian Zhonghe Microfinance approved the cancellation of equity transfer.
