Zhejiang Jiahua Energy Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600273) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 200 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 11.98 per share.

The repurchased shares are intended to be used for equity incentives and to reduce the company's registered capital. The program will be funded out of the company's own funds. The program will be valid till 12 months from the date of approval by shareholders.
