Current report 1/2017 Subject: Negotiations of sale of cogenerations assets of EDF Group in PolandThe Management Board of Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A. hereby informs, that on January 18, 2017, it received the information that the agreement for exclusive negotiations of sale of cogeneration assets of EDF Group in Poland, including the Issuer's assets, between EDF and IFM Investors, mentioned in current report no 19/2016 dated 26 October 2016, had been terminated.
The Issuer has not been presented any specific details in this matter.
This information constitutes, following the opinion of the Management Board of the Issuer, an inside information within the meaning of Article 7 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (MAR).
