Statement	1.Date of occurrence of the event:2022/03/17 2.Company name:Yungtay Engineering Co.,Ltd. 3.Relationship to the Company (please enter "head office" or "subsidiaries"):head office 4.Reciprocal shareholding ratios:NA 5.Cause of occurrence: 1.The company's board of directors on September 27, 2021 and the extraordinary shareholders' meeting on November 16, 2021 passed the resolution of the company and Hitachi,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hitachi")share conversion. Hitachi will pay NT$65.1 per share in cash to the shareholders of the company.The base date of share conversion this year is April 21, 2022. Therefore, according to the agreement of the share conversion agreement, the conversion consideration was adjusted to the cash consideration per share of NT$65.1.After the completion of the share conversion, the company will become a 100% subsidiary of Hitachi,Ltd. 2.The equity transfer will take effect on the base date of share conversion,which is April 21, 2022. 3.If the shareholders holding the company's physical shares or the pledgee recorded in the company's register of shareholders, they should submit the shares they hold to the company one day before the base date of share conversion.If it is not submitted,the shares originally held by it shall lose its validity.Shareholders who have already exchanged the Company's intangible shares are not required to submit their shares to the Company one day before the date of conversion of the shares. 6.Countermeasures:None 7.Any other matters that need to be specified:None
