Aromasoft Corporation (KOSE:A072770) agreed to acquire the remaining 28.57% stake in Aroma POSTECH Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. from POSTECH Venture Capital Corporation for KRW 1.1 billion on December 11, 2013. Under the terms of the agreement, Aromasoft Corporation will acquire 0.4 million shares of Aroma POSTECH Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. Following the completion of the deal, Aromasoft Corporation will own 100% stake in Aroma POSTECH Renewable. The deal is expected to close on December 30, 2013.
