(3) In case the variation in Capital Shares of Yuen Chang has affected the
amount of the outstanding shares which makes the changes occurred and need
for adjustment in the shareholders' ex-dividend ratio, the Chairman will
be authorised to execute at its sole discretion.
(4) The Cash Dividend shall be distributed accordance with the aforementioned
Distribution Proportion which shall be rounding down to NT$ 1 as an integer.
These fractional dividends which less than NT$ 1 shall be adjusted by its
decimal numbers in descending order and its account numbers in ascending
order, in order to match the sum of Cash Dividends.
