Sias Co.,Ltd. signed merger agreement to acquire Yuanta 12 Special Purpose Acquisition Company from Veritas Partners Co., Ltd for KRW 6.2 billion in a reverse merger transaction.

Sias Co.,Ltd. signed merger agreement to acquire Yuanta 12 Special Purpose Acquisition Company (KOSDAQ:A446150) from Veritas Partners Co., Ltd for KRW 6.2 billion in a reverse merger transaction on May 30, 2024. Under the terms, Sias will acquire Yuanta 12 Special Purpose Acquisition Company with merger ratio of 1 : 0.2643055. The transaction is expected to close on November 20, 2024 and is subject to approval from shareholders of Yuanta 12 Special Purpose Acquisition Company.
