PRINCIPAL SHARE REGISTRAR AND TRANSFER OFFICE

IN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS

The board of directors (the "Board") of Yorkey Optical International (Cayman) Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that the name of the Company's principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands has changed from "SMP Partners (Cayman) Limited" to "Suntera (Cayman) Limited" with effect from 4 September 2020 and its registered office will remain unchanged at 3rd Floor, Royal Bank House, 24 Shedden Road, P.O. Box 1586, Grand Cayman KY1-1110,Cayman Islands.

The Company's branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong will remain unchanged and is maintained by Tricor Investor Services Limited at Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong.
