Kayee International Group Co., Ltd (GTSM:2939) announced a private placement of 4,000,000 shares at a price of TWD 179.825 per share for the gross proceeds of TWD 719,300,000 on January 9, 2018.
Yongyi International Group Co Ltd, formerly Kayee International Group Co Ltd, is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the development, manufacture, and sale of merchandise for television shopping, retail stores, mail order, and online shopping channels. The Company mainly provides products for lifestyle applications, which are categorized into five main groups. Body care products include personalized skincare products, women's underwear, and shaping products that can be worn on a daily basis. Household products include small items that can be used to beautify the home environment or make life more convenient. Exercise equipment includes fitness and exercise equipment that can be used at home. Electronics include outdoor solar lights, home electronics, and small appliances.
