Yokogawa Electric Corporation announced that the Company accepted the resignation of Mr. Kouji Maemura from Audit & Supervisory Board Member. Resigning Audit & Supervisory Board Member: Kouji Maemura (Audit & Supervisory Board, Part-time Member). Date of resignation: December 31, 2022.

Reason for resignation: Due to personal reasons. The Company satisfies the number of Audit & Supervisory Board Member as stipulated by laws and the Article of Incorporation, even after the resignation of the concerned Audit & Supervisory Board Member.
