Yiwu Huading Nylon Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:601113) announced a private placement of 47,816,642 shares at CNY 7.09 per share for gross proceeds of CNY 339,019,991.78 on January 18, 2019. The transaction included participation from Hangzhou Yuejun Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Hangzhou Zhongye Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership). The transaction has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission under approval number[2018] 473. The company has incurred issuance costs of CNY 31,056,603.77 and received net proceeds of CNY 307,963,388.01 in the transaction.
