(15 January 2017, Hong Kong) Yingde Gases Group Company Limited ("Yingde Gases" or the "Group"; SEHK stock code: 02168) is pleased to announce that the Group has entered a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanxi Meijin Energy Group, the largest privately owned coking coal producer in Shanxi province.

Based on the existing business relationship, Yingde Gases will further strengthen the strategic partnership with Shanxi Meijin Energy Group, together with the combined resource advantages from Shanxi Meijin Energy Group and advanced technology and engineering construction services from Yingde Gases. The cooperation also includes other new aspects such as chemical engineering, environmental protection and clean energy conversion efficiency project. At the beginning stage, there are four domestic and four overseas projects as the cornerstone of this strategic cooperation.
