YAS Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A255440) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 180,180 shares for KRW 3,000 million. The purpose of repurchase program is to improve shareholder value through stock price stabilization. The program will be valid up to February 8, 2019.
YAS Co., Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of semiconductor equipment. The Companyâs products include organic light emitting diode (OLED) evaporator, evaporation source, solar cell system, quartz crystal microbalance, deposition controller and OLED mass production system. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
