Yaroslavskiy Sudostroitel'nyi Zavod PAO (YaSZ PAO or Yaroslavsky Shipbuilding Plant PJSC) is a Russia-based shipbuilding company. The Company has in its offer ships for both civil and military purposes, including fishing vessels, drilling vessels for developing oil-and-gas offshore deposits, oil and river tankers for oil products and edible fats, auxiliary vessels for emergency and rescue fleet service, as well as river and seagoing high-speed passenger vessels. Moreover, it produces small anti-submarine and border patrol boats, high-speed patrol boats and amphibian patrol hovercrafts. The Company operates through one subsidiary, Volzhskaya sudostroitel’naya kompaniya ZAO.
