(SZSE:300373) enters into an intention agreement to acquire 60% stake in Chengdu Qingyang Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. from Quanwen Wang, Xiaoying Wang and Quandong Wang for CNY 72 million on October 29, 2017. Yangzhou Yangjie Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300373) signed an agreement to acquire 60% stake in Chengdu Qingyang Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. from Quanwen Wang, Xiaoying Wang and Quandong Wang on December 26, 2017. Chengdu Qingyang Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 89.9 million, net assets of CNY 16.9 million, revenue of CNY 104.9 million, operating profit of CNY 6.3 million and net profit of CNY 5.8 million for the year ended December 31, 2016. On December 26, 2017, Yangzhou Yangjie Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. held the 6th session of its 3rd directorate, approved the transaction.
