     Additional Update concerning Further Developments at Casino Loutraki-

    Notice from the Greek Committee for the Supervision and Audit of Games

Following its previous reports of 6, 11 and 19 of November 2013, regarding a
hearing process conducted for the joint venture that operates Casino Loutraki
(the "JV") by the Greek Committee for the Supervision and Audit of Games (the
"Gaming Committee") due to the JV's alleged breach of Casino Loutraki's license
terms, and following its 8 May 2014 report concerning the approval of the JV's
settlement with its creditors (the "Settlement"), Queenco Leisure International
Ltd. (the "Company"), the emerging markets entertainment center and casino
developer and operator, would like to update that, due to the failure of the JV
to pay substantial debts to the authorities which resulted in an alleged breach
of its license terms, it was conveyed to the Company that, on 20 May 2014, the
Gaming Committee, which is the entity responsible for the supervision of the
Greek casinos and of the licenses for their operations, has notified the JV as
follows:

(a) the JV must immediately pay its entire debts to the Greek authorities -
substantial monetary obligations incurred between 1 August 2013 and 30 April
2014, and which are not included as part of the Settlement;

(b) the JV must present evidences until 28 May 2014 concerning its actions to
meet the above requirement; and

(c) on 30 May 2014 the Gaming Committee shall convene in order to resolve in
this matter.
