Aside from Blyth, the consortium also includes the company's largest shareholder Cogels Investments Ltd, funds managed by Baltcap, one of the largest private equity investors in the Baltic states, and Justas Versnickas, the managing director of Delamode Baltics, a subsidiary of Xpediator.
