The Board Meeting of the Wall Street Finance Limited held on 22nd April, 2020, has taken on record the resignation submitted by Mr. Madhukar Raghunath Sardar, Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect. Consequent upon the resignation of Mr. Madhukar Raghunath Sardar, he will cease to be a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board.
