Hanwha Investment Corp. agreed to acquire 12.49% stake in Jooyon Tech Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A044380) from WOORIRO Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A046970) for KRW 8.6 billion in cash on February 24, 2016. WOORIRO will sell its entire 4.9 million shares of Jooyon Tech in the transaction for KRW 1759 per share. As a part of consideration, Hanwha Investment deposited KRW 840 million on February 24, 2016 and remaining balance of KRW 7.74 billion will be paid on WOORIRO's general shareholders' meeting date tentatively March 25, 2016. Charm Accounting Corporation acted as the external rating institution.
