DAOL Investment announces an Equity Buyback for KRW 10,000 million worth of its shares.

DAOL Investment (KOSDAQ:A298870) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 10,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a contract with Samsung Securities. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder value.

The program will expire on March 21, 2023. As of March 20, 2022, the company had 388,298 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
