Wihlborgs' Boplatsen 3 property in Fosie in southeast Malmö continues to attract more tenants following its renovation and upgrade. Such tenants include the IT company WeSafe IT, the advertising agency Mortensen Media, the car leasing company Athlon Sweden and the logistics company Scan Global Logistics. The agreements comprise 790 m² for WeSafe IT, 370 m² for Mortensen Media, 650 m² for Athlon Sweden and 420 m² for SGL Road Logistics.

The agreements were signed in the latter part of 2023. While the first three companies move in during 2024 following adaptations of the premises, Scan Global Logistics has already moved in. In the past few years, Wihlborgs has completed a comprehensive upgrade of the property that now offers offices with shared facilities such as conference rooms, a reception, lounge space, a gym and a lunch restaurant.

The aim has been to create an attractive meeting place for tenants and visitors active in Fosie/Jägersro. Since 2020, the occupancy rate of the property will have increased from 63 to about 90 percent after the new tenants have moved in. WeSafe, which will be part of the Upheads brand from the start of 2024, will move in to Boplatsen by the summer.
