SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO

DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTIONS

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Edvantage Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 16 December 2019 in relation to the Construction Agreements. Unless otherwise specified, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

This announcement is made to provide potential investors and Shareholders with further information on the identities of the ultimate beneficial owners of Jinda Construction and Zhongxin Construction.

To the best of the Directors' knowledge, information and belief having made all reasonable enquiries, the entire equity interest of Jinda Construction is beneficially owned by Mr. LIAO Longzhi (廖龍智) and Ms. LIN Taoxiang (林桃香) as to 55% and 45%, respectively, each of them an Independent Third Party, while the entire equity interest of Zhongxin Construction is beneficially owned by Mr. FAN Zhongtang (范忠堂), Mr. HUANG Jinfeng (黃錦鋒), Mr. FAN Zongcai (范宗材) and Ms. YANG Simin (楊思敏) as to 52.5%, 20%, 17.5% and 10%, respectively, each of them an Independent Third Party.
