Johns Creek, Georgia - Wegener Corporation (OTCQB: WGNR.PK), a leading provider of equipment for television, audio and data distribution networks worldwide, today announced Ken Leffingwell, Vice President of Worldwide Sales, and Melanie Charles, Marketing Manager, have been selected to lead discussions at the 2012 Digital Signage Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Digital Signage Expo is the world's largest international trade show and conference dedicated to digital signage, interactive technology, and Out-of-Home networks. The 2012 exhibition will be held in the Las Vegas Convention Center, March 7-8.

Ken Leffingwell will lead an industry discussion group titled "Hosted Networks in the Financial Sector" exploring the pros and cons of using a hosted network and offering valuable tips to make the partnership a fiscal and operational success for a financial institution. It will be held at 10:30am on Wednesday, March 7th.

Melanie will also lead an industry group discussion Wednesday, March 7th at 3:30pm titled "Urgent Messaging in Digital Signage." It will focus on different network options to replace scheduled digital signage content with urgent national or local messages.

In addition, Mr. Leffingwell will co-present a seminar Thursday, March 8th at 3:00pm titled "Video Signals and Distribution Demystified." His section of the workshop will focus on the basics of transmitting and displaying HD video.
