President and System Architect, Gary Pelkey, will be in

Gary has worked at WEGENER for over 25 years in various
network design and senior management capacities. Gary is a

patents concerning network control and satellite receiver
design. Prior to joining WEGENER, Gary worked for Loral, a
manufacturer of military avionics equipment. He has spoken
extensively on file-based media distribution, next generation
radio broadcasting, and digital signage at major industry
conferences.
His work is integral to WEGENER's success in designing a
network control system, Compel®, capable of secure, reliable,
targeted delivery of media content to tens of thousands of
