Webster Financial Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend on Common and Preferred Stock, Payable on February 26, 2019 and March 15, 2019 Respectively

Webster Financial Corporation announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share on its common stock. The dividend on the common shares will be payable February 26, 2019 to shareholders of record on February 12, 2019.

On its Series F Preferred Stock, Webster Financial Corporation declared a quarterly cash dividend of $328.125 per share ($0.328125 per each depository share, 1,000 of which represent one share of Series F Preferred Stock), payable March 15, 2019 to shareholders of record on March 1, 2019.
