Wealth Glory Holdings Limited Appoints Kwong Yuk Lap as Executive Director and as a Member of the Executive Committee, Effective November 1, 2015

The board of directors of Wealth Glory Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Kwong Yuk Lap, who has been a non-executive Director of the company since 2013, has been re-designated as an executive Director of the company, effective 1 November 2015. Mr. Kwong has extensive experience in project engineering and project coordination in the metal and mining industry. He also provides technical advices on IT system.

Mr. Kwong has also been appointed as a member of the Executive Committee, effective 1 November 2015. With effect from 1 November 2015, the Executive Committee of the company will comprise Mr. Wong Ka Wah, Albert (Chairman), Mr. Hong Sze Lung and Mr. Kwong Yuk Lap.
