The original announcement of signing a land purchase contract of "The
tender sale and planning development of land for reconstruction at
Jingchung No.2 village at Yongkang District, Tainan City" with the
Political Warfare Bureau, MND and acquisition of 10 parcel numbers of 32,
474, 208, 475, 476, 477, 478, 479, 483, and 500 in Chungxing Section,
Yongkang District, Tainan City.
4.Reason for change and its main content:
Supplementary information: The Company submitted a purchase requisition of
parcel number 484 in Chungxing Section, Yongkang District, Tainan City to
the National Property administration in accordance with the fifth rules of
the Procedure of Handling National Property after the Urban Renewal
Business Plan is approved. The area of land is about 277.16 square meters,
about NT$145 thousand per square meter, with a total of NT$40.213 million.
5.Effect on the Company's finance and business after the change:
No significant impact.
6.Any other matters that need to be specified:
The Company has acquired 11 parcel numbers of 32, 474, 208, 475, 476, 477,
478, 479, 483, 500 and 484 in Chungxing Section, Yongkang District, Tainan
City. The area of land is about 18,866.18 square meters with a total of
NT$1.66595 billion.
