WDX : CR 29/2017 k – Correction of the current report no. 29

The Management Board of WDX S.A. with headquarters in Warsaw hereby informs that the current report no. 29/2017 of 04.12.2017 contains an obvious writing mistake in the following sentence at the end of the aforesaid report:

'As the Issuer concluded today, with Feralco SAS, a sales agreement for shares, in the total number of 27,770 in the initial capital of Wandalex-Feralco sp. z o.o. for a sum of 827,000 Euro - and in consequence thereof - an agreement that terminates the cooperation between the WDX S.A. and Feralco SAS on previous conditions and in previous form - as announced in the current report no. 28/2017 of 4 December 2017, the need for further delay in any of the aforesaid confidential information ceased, and thus there is no need for its further delaying',

wrongly listing the sum of 827,000 Euro as the price at which WDX S.A. purchased the 27,770 shares in the initial capital of the Wandalex-Feralco sp. z o.o. company from Feralco SAS, whereas this price was 728,000 Euro, and the correct sum was already indicated in the aforesaid report in its earlier sentences. In connection therewith the correct content of the aforementioned sentence should now read as follows:

' As the Issuer concluded today, with Feralco SAS, a sales agreement for shares, in the total number of 27,770 in the initial capital of Wandalex-Feralco sp. z o.o. for a sum of 728,000 Euro - and in consequence thereof - an agreement that terminates the cooperation between the WDX S.A. and Feralco SAS on previous conditions and in previous form - as announced in the current report no. 28/2017 of 4 December 2017, the need for further delay in any of the aforesaid confidential information ceased, and thus there is no need for its further delaying'.

In its remaining scope the aforesaid current report no. 29/2017 of 04.12.2017 remains unchanged.
